Preorder Period

The preorder period will begin on December 21, 2023, and end on July 31, 2024. This period is subject to change.

Payment

Payment will be collected at the time of preorder.

Pricing

The price of the product during the preorder period will be $487.00 (USD) for the standard version and $542.00 (USD) for the adjustable version before any applicable taxes or fees. This price is subject to change.

Delivery

The product will be shipped to you by the end date of the preorder period. You are responsible for all fees associated with shipping and handling of the product at the time of payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your preorder at any time before the product is shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your preorder before the product is shipped.

The product is expected to be available in limited quantities. Preordering does not guarantee availability.

The product comes with a lifetime warranty as explained here. Please do not forget to register your product once you receive it to activate the warranty.

Governing Law

This return policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of laws.  Any legal action or proceeding arising under this warranty will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maryland and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
